Our model is very easy. According to your job description, we search, select and present the final candidates within 7 working days. If you hire any of them, your company pay us the fees + taxes, if you don’t hire any of them your company do not pay us anything.
In the case of executive search and more complex positions, we have the market mapping, in which we charge in advance (retainer) 20% of the fees + taxes, which will be deducted at the end of the process if 1 or more candidates are hired.
We do not charge exclusivity or cancellation fees. 90 days warranty.
Understanding of the requirements of the position in 4 aspects: professional experience and technical knowledge; accessory skills (languages, certifications, etc.); personal profile; compensation.
We search the market through: hunting (direct approach); technology (artificial intelligence, big data and database); networking (indications from experts in the field). With these 3 steps, we arrive at the best candidates aligned with your expectations and market availability.
We assess selected candidates according to our competency-based interview methodology in connection with the alignment made by MUUDA with your company.
An e-mail with all candidates’ descriptions and details, along with their CVs and additional documents if needed. We then schedule the interviews.
